Cancellation

In general, you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, we will retain the deposit you have paid, which amounts to 30% of the total booked amount.

Payments

Upon completion of the booking, a deposit of 30% of the rental price is due. This can be paid either by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. If payments are not made despite a single reminder, we reserve the right to re-rent the apartment. In the event of a cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded according to the selected payment method, minus a processing fee of 20 euros.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is flexible starting at 4:00 PM. You will receive the key at the handover location provided to you in advance.

Check-out must take place by 10:00 AM. We ask that you place used dishes in the dishwasher and run it before departure.
